Custom glass gin bottles
Ruisheng Glass manufactures custom gin bottles for distilleries, spirits brands and wholesale packaging buyers—not filled gin. OEM/ODM development covers bottle size, shape, color, caps or stoppers and decoration; define your capacity and quantity to compare an existing design with a bespoke bottle.

Choose the silhouette and glass appearance
Select the body profile and shoulder shape around your brand identity, then check usable label height and width. Keep artwork clear of sharp transitions and review the bottle footprint against your filling and packing requirements.
The quotation guide ranks Super Flint highest in clarity and cost, High Flint as high-clarity and mid-priced, and Normal Flint as lower-cost glass with a greenish tint. These are qualitative comparisons; confirm material availability for the selected gin bottle.
Gin bottle range options
Compare clear glass with color-coated, frosted or screen-printed directions for your brand. These are range options for discussion, not stocked SKUs; confirm each finish against the chosen bottle.

Develop the branded finish
Start by comparing an existing bottle design with a new custom mould. OEM/ODM development can address shape, size and color; confirm whether proposed changes require tooling before approving the design.
Spray coating, fired decals, screen printing, frosting and electroplating are charged separately. Corks, polymer stoppers and Guala closures are also priced separately. Not every finish or closure fits every gin bottle; confirm model-specific feasibility.

Verify the bottle, closure and line together
Provide bottle height, body dimensions, neck specification and proposed cap or stopper details for review. A similar-looking closure does not establish fit; agree sample checks for assembly, opening and sealing under your intended use conditions.
Compare the bottle drawing with your filling and labeling equipment limits. Confirm neck handling, body clearance and label position before approval, including any restrictions caused by shoulders or changes in the body profile.

Confirm capacity for the chosen design
The standard spirits capacity range includes 50ml, 100ml, 200ml, 375ml, 500ml, 700ml, 750ml, 1000ml, 1.75L and 3L. Confirm the gin bottle shape-and-capacity combination; this range does not mean every design is available in every size.
Ask about custom development for other capacities. For a multi-size gin range, review each bottle separately rather than assuming one silhouette can be supplied unchanged across miniature and full-size formats.

Match order quantity to the mould route
For existing-mould bottles of 700ml–1000ml, the quotation guide specifies a minimum of 6,000 pieces; custom bottle designs of 700ml–1000ml require 10,000 pieces. The 6,000-piece minimum is not a general minimum for all gin bottle projects.
For existing-mould bottles of 200ml–500ml, the minimum is 20,000 pieces; custom bottle designs of 200ml–500ml require 25,000 pieces. Confirm minimums for other capacities and the selected decoration and accessories separately.
Frequently asked questions
Can I order a single personalized gin bottle as a gift?
This range is for bulk empty glass packaging, not filled gin or a single-bottle gift service. For bespoke or personalized gin bottles, define a repeatable brand design, capacity, finish and production quantity. Individual names, engraving or one-off gift customization require separate feasibility confirmation and are not standard offerings.
What should I include in a gin bottle quotation enquiry?
Include capacity, a bottle reference, closure requirements, decoration, quantity and destination market. Add a shareable reference URL in the message, or arrange file exchange after enquiry. Confirm the selected model, tooling, material, packaging and accessory costs, sample requirements and lead time individually; no fixed sample schedule or delivery commitment is established for this range.
