Review the brief
Define the spirit, capacity, dimensions, closure, appearance, quantity and destination; assess an existing bottle or new mould.
Ruisheng Glass develops empty glass spirits bottles for distilleries and packaging teams, with OEM/ODM support for shapes, sizes, colors, moulds, closures and decoration. Start with your design or a development brief to assess the suitable bottle route and quotation requirements.

Agree the development stages and approval points for your project; timing depends on the design, sampling requirements and confirmed order.
Define the spirit, capacity, dimensions, closure, appearance, quantity and destination; assess an existing bottle or new mould.
Review the bottle geometry, closure fit and decoration references, then agree any changes before approval.
Finalize the approved specifications, quantity, packaging, price and delivery arrangements before production.
Ruisheng Glass provides glass bottle OEM and ODM services covering bottle design, shape, size, color, mould engineering, caps or stoppers, and secondary decoration.
| Documented spirits capacities | Project records include 500ml, 700ml, 750ml and 1000ml bottles; other capacities require project review. |
|---|---|
| Existing models, 700–1000ml | MOQ is 6,000 pieces for bottles using an existing mould. |
| Existing models, 200–500ml | MOQ is 20,000 pieces for bottles using an existing mould. |
| Custom models, 700–1000ml | MOQ is 10,000 pieces for custom bottle models. |
| Custom models, 200–500ml | MOQ is 25,000 pieces for custom bottle models. |
| Glass material | Super Flint, High Flint and Normal Flint carry different prices, with Super Flint highest and Normal Flint lowest in the supplied quotation guidance. |
| Packaging | Standard export pallets have the lowest packaging cost; export cartons cost more, and custom printed outer packaging costs the most. |
| Decoration charges | Surface-processing operations are charged separately for each selected process. |
| Closure charges | Matching corks, polymer stoppers and other cap accessories are priced separately. |
Compare an existing bottle with a new-mould design against your required silhouette, capacity and closure. Ruisheng project records include existing-model selection, drawing development, 3D models and custom mould sampling; availability and the extent of modification need individual review.
Provide dimensions and a shareable URL to drawings, reference images or sample details. State whether you need manufacture to your design or joint development, and confirm permission to use reference designs. Agree design ownership, mould ownership and exclusivity terms before development.
Specify the neck dimensions and intended cap or stopper alongside the bottle shape. A neck change can require additional tooling for the closure as well as the bottle; a documented 750ml development encountered this constraint when a stopper neck was considered for conversion to a screw finish.
Provide closure dimensions or representative samples and describe your filling and cleaning methods. Agree the dimensional, sealing and filling-line checks required before approving the bottle-and-closure combination; visual similarity alone does not establish compatibility.
Order quantity, glass material, decoration, closures and packaging affect the quotation. Larger purchase quantities can reduce unit cost. Request separate confirmation of mould or model-development charges, sample charges and sample freight rather than assuming they are included in the bottle price.
State the delivery destination, required date and preferred export delivery terms. Confirm freight responsibilities and the production schedule in the quotation. Include your product, capacity, quantity and a reference URL in the enquiry message; arrange drawing or artwork exchange by email after enquiry.
Provide the target color, artwork, position and coverage, then agree a physical sample for review. Ruisheng project records include repeat sampling after printing defects and color show-through on black bottles, so not every effect transfers unchanged to every surface. Glass Bottle Decoration explains the available processes; the final combination requires project-specific confirmation.
No fixed development lead time is established in the supplied project information. Confirm a schedule for drawing review, tooling, bottle and closure samples, decoration approval and bulk production. Design changes or additional sample rounds can change the agreed sequence and timing.
