Ruisheng Glass provides glass bottle decoration within its OEM/ODM offering for empty liquor, spirit and perfume bottles. The service concerns the bottle exterior and coordinated packaging appearance, not the supply or filling of alcoholic drinks or fragrance. Confirm the proposed finish for your specific bottle rather than assuming every technique suits every design.

Separate the bottle-body color from the printed artwork color. Define whether decoration should cover the whole body or selected areas, where the logo and text should sit, and which areas must remain clear. Review the contrast between artwork and the underlying finish, especially when light-colored graphics are intended for a dark bottle.

In one Ruisheng spirits-bottle project, screen-printed samples on black bottles developed small surface defects, and light-colored printing allowed the underlying color to show through. The team proposed fired-decal samples and adjusted colors; a later sample also required correction after its artwork color changed during firing. This experience supports reviewing the finished physical sample, not approving color from a digital rendering alone.

Curved surfaces, corners, texture and recessed label areas can constrain artwork placement. In a separate custom-bottle project, a recessed label area could not be enlarged, so text placement was adjusted; the team also recommended keeping a front label on one face because a label spanning several faces could detach. That label-specific experience is not a universal printing restriction, but it highlights the need to check the actual decoration area.

Coordinate the finish with the bottle shape, cap and stopper, and identify neck or closure-contact areas that must remain undecorated. Decorating an agreed bottle is a different scope from changing its geometry: confirm whether an existing shape meets the brief or whether bottle development and tooling review are also needed.
