Choose the visual result before the process
Decide whether the bottle should remain transparent, have a frosted appearance, carry broad color coverage or display localized brand text and graphics. These are different design goals; specify which areas must remain clear and which need decoration.
Compare screen printing and fired decals using the actual lettering and artwork, not the process name alone. Confirm colors, opacity and metallic effects on samples. If hot stamping is essential, request confirmation of availability for your bottle rather than treating it as interchangeable with electroplating.

Check the design against the bottle surface
Bottle curves, shoulders, recessed panels and transitions between faces can constrain decoration placement. Mark the intended position and coverage on a bottle reference, and ask for a feasibility review of any combined processes rather than assuming full-surface coverage is possible.
A documented 2022 sampling project required revisions after screen printing on a black bottle showed pinholes and light-colored artwork allowed the background to show through. Fired decals were proposed for testing. That experience supports checking the complete finish combination, not approving artwork in isolation.

Agree what the decorated sample must demonstrate
Review sample color, coverage, text legibility, graphic definition and alignment against the agreed reference. Identify visible defects and record required revisions before approving the appearance for production.
Define adhesion and handling checks around your filling, cleaning, transport and use conditions. Abrasion resistance and chemical resistance require agreed verification; an approved appearance sample alone does not establish either performance. Confirm the test method and acceptance criteria for your project.
Frequently asked questions
Can I request decoration only or supply my own bottles?
Decoration can form part of Ruisheng Glass's OEM/ODM spirits-bottle development. Acceptance of decoration-only orders, customer-supplied bottles and perfume-bottle applications needs separate confirmation. Include your bottle source and intended use in the enquiry. Put a shareable artwork reference URL in the message, or arrange file exchange with [email protected]; the enquiry form does not accept attachments.
What minimum quantities and timing should I plan for?
These bottle-supply minimums do not establish a decoration-only minimum. Confirm the applicable decoration quantity, sampling fees and lead time for the selected design.
