For pale or dark rum, a transparent appearance lets the liquid contribute to the pack’s visual identity. A colored or spray-coated presentation changes the background behind the artwork and can reduce visibility. Assess label contrast against a representative filled sample; bottle color alone does not establish verified light-protection performance.

Choose capacity and silhouette together with retail shelf space, grip during pouring and carton fit. A broad body, pronounced shoulder or sculptural contour can change the usable label area and handling experience. Confirm dimensions for the selected design rather than assuming every shape is available in every capacity.
