Confirm cap or stopper fit with the actual neck, and agree who will check sealing and compatibility with the intended spirit; visual fit alone is not sufficient.
For color and decoration, specify the bottle finish, artwork position and color references together. A Ruisheng decoration project required sample revisions after light-colored printing on black bottles showed color bleed-through and other appearance issues. Approve decoration on the intended bottle surface, not just a digital rendering, and agree the acceptable color and print appearance before bulk production.
